My background is in sales and customer relationship management in both the automotive real estate markets and as such I bring a client focussed enthusiasm to my account management team.
Having relocated from the UK, I recognise the attention to detail required in managing complex and growing relationships. My recent role for Jaguar Land Rover necessitated the highest level of service and support to customers and this is highlighted in my top class levels of communication, openness and collaboration.
For CSM Live, I manage a number of high profile clients, including elements of our relationship with EXPO 2020, as well as looking after accounts within the fit-out and corporate signage verticals.
I also have eight years of experience in the sales and media industry and this has enabled me to develop into a confident networker. In growing CSM Live’s customer base through impeccable service skills, networking and marketing, I am keen and committed to growing the BBG FVC network as well as my own.
