DIT and SBJBC will deliver a programme of meetings with key Saudi public and private stakeholders over two days in Riyadh and one day in Jeddah.
DIT and SBJBC will deliver a programme of meetings with key Saudi public and private stakeholders over two days in Riyadh and one day in Jeddah. We are working closely with the Saudi Ministry of Communications and IT and other agencies on this, and details will be circulated shortly.
Both British Airways and Saudi Airlines (Saudia) have daily flights to Riyadh and Jeddah. We have negotiated a group rate with Saudia including the internal flight from Riyadh to Jeddah, this will be available to book from 16 September using the code ‘SVLONDON’. We recommend the following connections:
Outbound: Sunday 13 October: SV 106 from LHR to Riyadh at 1040. Arrives in Riyadh at 1905.
Internal: Tuesday 15 October: SV 1045 from Riyadh to Jeddah at 1900. Arrives in Jeddah at 2040.
Inbound: Thursday 17 October: SV 113 from Jeddah to Heathrow at 0205. Arrives at Heathrow at 0620.
Accommodation We have negotiated a corporate rate for hotels in Riyadh and Jeddah. In Riyadh we will be staying at the Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana and the Jeddah Hilton, respective booking links below:
Visas Delegates will be required to obtain their own business visas to enter Saudi Arabia. Most first time visitors require an invitation letter from a Saudi sponsor which can be obtained through our Riyadh based delivery partner, Arabian Enterprise Incubators (AEI Saudi): https://www.aeisaudi.com/support-services/visit-visas/

Transport Transportation will be provided for delegates from the hotels to and from group meetings. If you would like to travel outside of the programme we suggest using Careem or Uber.
Brochure An online mission brochure will be prepared for circulation to Saudi stakeholders and chambers of commerce for which we will need a short company biography and logo; please share this with Oliver.
