Our new RAK-based BCCD member Wendy Stapleton, MD of Hunt and Harris Real Estate, won an award in the ‘Inspiring Women Leaders’ category at the Bayut Awards 2023 ceremony held last week at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai.
Recipients were awarded for consistently delivering high-quality service and creating a seamless experience for property seekers.
Wendy has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape of the UAE since 2007, particularly in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The UAE's real estate market saw a significant surge in 2023, with transaction values and volumes reaching record highs. According to property market experts, Ras Al Khaimah is also becoming the major investment city in the UAE.
