BBG Invited to Meet with Dubai’s Department for Economy and Tourism

This week BBG Chair Andrew Mortimer, Deputy Chair Helen Barrett, General Manager Katy Holmes and the BBG business team welcomed - newly appointed - His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for the Middle East and Pakistan and His Majesty’s Consul General to Dubai Oliver Christian to the BBG office.

 

Oliver will lead the UK Government’s Department for Business and Trade in the region working in partnership with governments and businesses to deliver economic growth in the UK and abroad. As HM Consul General to Dubai and Northern Emirates, Oliver will lead the government’s work promoting UK economic, commercial, political and consular interests, supporting HM Ambassador to the UAE Edward Hobart CMG
