Making Your Clients and Customers Feel Special

Newest member Tenzin Chokay (joined yesterday) founder of Bespoke Branding attended Dariush’s event this week and had also been on the full Gladiator Mastery Programme. In both trainings, Dariush shared that “67% of clients won’t return if you don’t make them feel special” (source: Harvard Business School). Tenzin has applied this to create a successful business in promotional items for companies to reach their customers and build that connection or gratitude. Her clients include Meta.

 

Tenzin's business is focused on helping clients' clients feel special to connect and create lasting impressions through thoughtful, useful, sustainable and relevant Bespoke branded corporate gifts. Her clients include: Meta, IG, Expo2020, Kempenski, The Marriot Group, global corporates and financial institutions. 

Tenzin's most recent project was with Meta on International Women's day. Meta inaugurated its Dubai Office Building by Sheikh Hamdan. All the corporate gifts were from her company - Bespoke Media. More than 250 attendees including leading UAE dignatories, leading journalists and influencers.
