CBD has enabled hundreds of businesses to operate in the Middle East by providing structuring solutions and delivering service excellence to its clients built on trust, confidence and value. We are in need of an Office Manager to join our busy office in Dubai. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing all office operations and procedures including designing and implementing new systems to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Managing all HR elements of the business including maintaining personnel records, managing the leave tracker, organising training, monitoring performance and organising the bi-yearly KPI review process
  • Tracking, logging and reporting all sales and proposal data
  • Working closely with the Managing Director on adhoc projects such as the implementation and roll out of the CRM system across the business
  • Providing a high level of administration support to the Managing Director and the team as applicable
