HE Ahmed Al Sayegh and Sir Ed Lister, Co-Chairs of the UAE-UK Business Council, are pleased to invite you to a video conference call with UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence HE Omar Bin Sultan Al Olama, on Tuesday, 30th June at 5:00pm UAE time (2:00pm UK time).

Her Majesty’s Trade Commissioner (HMTC), Simon Penney, will open the call. Participants will then have an opportunity to hear from HE Al Olama on following:
* The UAE’s approach and vision in respect to Artificial Intelligence;
* The impact of Artificial Intelligence on the UAE’s economy and the world economy more generally, especially in light of current global circumstances and post COVID-19;
* Potential areas of cooperation between the UAE and the UK in the field of AI, as well as how both countries could utilise their AI expertise and best practice in other sectors.

After HE Al Olama has spoken, he will field questions from the audience, in a discussion moderated by HMTC Simon Penney. As we expect a large number of participants on the call, we kindly ask that you submit any questions to (info@uaeukbc.org) by close of business on Tuesday, 23rd June.
