Steve is a renowned leadership expert with a 20-year international record of success helping executives, individuals and teams transform the challenges of human performance into leadership mastery. His expertise transcends across developed and emerging markets giving him a unique blend of understanding both Eastern and Western business cultures gained from working with over 100 companies.
Steve has a Master’s degree in leadership, however, his passion for the subject started early with a 20-year career as a British Army Officer working in numerous high-pressured crisis situations. In the last 12 years he has worked in corporate and consulting roles, primarily helping businesses with strategy execution or leadership development and succession planning.
