The British Business Group Dubai and Northern Emirates (BBG) is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Safinah Ballroom, Jumeirah Beach Hotel on Friday 10 June 2022 at 11.30 pm.

As a valued member of the BBG, you are invited to attend this year’s in person AGM to hear the developments made throughout the previous year and the BBG’s plans for the year ahead followed by a celebratory lunch. If you are not already a member of the BBG, you may attend the lunch which will begin at 1.00pm. 

BBG Chairman John Martin St. Valery OBE will report on the BBG's performance and accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2022, and will share the Administrative Board and Business Team’s proposed plans for the next financial year. 

The Agenda for this year’s AGM will be as follows:
1) Chairman’s Report;
2) Finance Director’s Report (Audited Financial Statements will be posted on the website on Monday 23 May);
3) Appointment of the BBG’s Honorary Auditor for the next financial year;
4) Results of the election of the following BBG Administrative Board positions for the next financial year*:
       a) Chairperson & CEO
       b) Deputy Chairperson & COO
       c) Director of Government Relations
       d) Director of Legal & Compliance
       e) Director of Finance
       f) Director of Brand
       g) Director of Technology (new)
5) Any other AGM-related business
