Karim will discuss what a creditor should consider doing if a debtor refuses to pay the unpaid fees. It will discuss not only ways to avoid or limit bad debts, including the suspension or termination of the contract and damages, but also the proposed legal escalation procedure against the debtor.
Finally, if you are the debtor and owner of your business or one of its directors, Karim will discuss your legal responsibility.
