We are delighted to announce that Wayne Clarke, Founder and CEO of The Global Growth Institute and World Class Manager Programme will be leading a session specifically tailored to the BBG community. He will be sharing his experiences and insights on how organizations translate strategy into real tangible success, drawing on his experiences working with over 800 organizations around the world.

As professionals, we know that managers are crucial in leading and getting the best from their people. Wayne Clarke's newly published book, How To Become A World Class Manager, is based on the insights and data from some 35,000 managers who have completed the program around the world. The book provides relevant research and practical advice that can help us elevate our own management skills and better serve our respective teams and clients.

During the session, we will explore fundamental principles of highly engaged organizations and what this means for us as people leaders. Clarke's research indicates that the key to success lies in how we lead and how we can get the very best from ourselves and our teams. By understanding and applying these principles, we can create more engaged and productive teams that drive better outcomes for our organizations and stakeholders.

The aim of this session is to enable each of us to have a clear and practical action plan that outlines who we need to influence and how we need to 'be' in order to achieve the desired outcomes for ourselves, our respective teams, and the clients we all assist.

Wayne Clarke is Founding Partner of the Global Growth Institute and the World Class Manager online programme. Founded in 2012, the Global Growth Institute helps organizations improve their leadership and align their strategic goals. The World Class Manager online programme has been delivered to over 25,000 managers across the world.

He is also a visiting lecture on the MBA and Masters programme at Bayes Business School. As a consultant, Wayne has worked with major organizations such as the BBC, the UN, Allianz, HSBC, UCL, Red Carnation and BNP Paribas. He is based in London, UK.
