A negotiation is a strategic discussion that involves two or more parties to resolve an issue in a way that each party finds acceptable. Everyone needs to negotiate but few are formally trained in it. By taking this masterclass, you will be introduced to fundamental principles in negotiation, participate in a negotiation role play, and analyse the results of the role play using a repeatable framework that can be used in your business. The negotiation theory taught in this session is based on research and application from the Harvard Programme of Negotiation.
