Since the birth
of the buy-to-let mortgage 19 years ago, UK buy-to-let investments have
provided returns that easily outstrip those of other major asset classes.
Changes to U.K
pension regulations introduced in April 2015 will allow retirees full freedom
over how they invest or spend their pension money. Research by IPSOS MORI
suggests 16% of the estimated 200,000 will choose to invest their money in the
thriving U.K buy-to-let market.
With increased
interest in the sector the question on many people’s lips is ‘what type of
property should I invest in and where?’
This breakfast
seminar sponsored by Grant Property offered insights into the UK’s buy to let
market, highlight key insights into the current trends, where the key
‘hotspots’ are and the how to enter into an ever increasing competitive
marketplace.
The session was
packed by practical tips from Peter Grant, founder of Grant Property. Peter
shared his experience, investment know-how and more importantly his ‘top-tips’.
