Company Summary

The CIPD is the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. We’re 120 years old and registered as a Charity in the UK. As we were awarded the Chartered Status by the Queen, we confer a chartered status to HR and L&D Professionals that go through CIPD qualifications. Worldwide, we have 150,000 active members – out of which 4,000 in the Middle East. Of course, our reach is much broader.

In the region, we provide public trainings and world with public and private entities to deliver assessments and trainings (the Ministry of Civil Service in Saudi Arabia is one of our high-profile projects, where we are upskilling 1,000+ HR professionals from all public entities in the Kingdom, but we also work closely with Dubai Police, ADNOC, WSP, Dubai Customs, Chalhoub, BAPCO and many more organizations). Our mission is to champion better work and working lives and we work to serve our members and the community by providing them research, insights and hosting regular free events for the community.
