Benjamin Edwardes a partner at KPMG in the UAE, will
explain how strategic and operational decisions impact working capital and cash
flow by highlighting:

Benjamin Edwardes is an Associate Director in the Risk Consulting team and has over 8 years of experience in the financial Services sector. Prior to working in KPMG, Ben worked at HSBC where he was a Subject Matter Expert on ‘Global Standards’ for CMB in the MENA Region.
Ben’s key strengths include Business Process Management, KYC, KYB, AML and FCC compliances, Data Analytics, Operational Performance Improvements. Prior to his work with HSBC in the UAE Ben worked in London where he was responsible for dealing with and managing the relationships of Commercial
customers within HSBC at varying levels. Ben has serviced clients across various industries sectors and domains.
On a day-to-day basis, Ben directs our business process management [BPM] function across the Lower Gulf region. With a strong background in commercial banking, he understands the challenges that key decision makers face in their day-to-day working lives. Ben has advised and assisted a number of high profile
clients on their growth journeys.
