Description

As platinum sponsors of the BBG, Links Group host a yearly business event. This year they will partner with the British Standards Institute (BSI) to discuss the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, focusing on ‘Improving your business through standards’.

The event will open with a keynote address from the BSI representative followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A. Topics of discussion will include:

* how more and more businesses in the UAE are adopting international standards as best practice, particularly as the government looks to diversify its economy across non-oil sectors;

* how the standard benefits clients as businesses use a process driven approach to their operations;

* using the ISO 9001:2015 to manage your business and your clients’ risks;

* how standards can help organizations in providing a framework, reducing risks and increasing operational efficiencies and their overall organisational resilience;

* introduction of the 2015 standard and how businesses already accredited to the 2008 standard can work towards the updated standard;

* the internal benefits from a corporate governance and HR perspective.
